How do I book?
You can book online via the website or feel free to contact us to discuss your appointment.
What do I need to bring to a session?
If you are attending following a scan or a recent surgery, please bring any MRI reports or medical notes that you have. Please also bring a record of any medicines you take.
What do I need to wear?
It is helpful to bring with you a pair of loose fitting shorts and t-shirt or vest. Your therapist will leave the room so that you can get changed.
Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking directly outside the clinic.
How do I check-in when I arrive?
On arrival you will see a waiting area. Please take a seat and your therapist will call you in for your appointment.
Is the clinic accessible?
Yes, the clinic is located on the ground floor and is accessible.
Can I use Insurance?
Unfortunately, Complete Sports Medicine cannot accept insurance referrals.
Can I pay for my session with a card?
Yes, all major cards are accepted.
What are the clinic's covid-19 measures?
All patients are sent a Covid-19 screening form prior to the appointment. Contact the clinic and do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell. You will be asked to wear a mask and sanitise your hands upon entry, and your therapist will be wearing a mask, and medical PPE to reduce the risk of cross contamination. What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Please contact the clinic as soon as possible. The clinic operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can read the full cancellation policy here.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Due to the current situation with covid-19, please try to attend alone where possible. Please note that all patients under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.
